Introduction

Thank you for your interest in creating your outdoor living space with Paramount Outdoor Living. This form helps us understand your goals, preferences, and project vision so we can best guide you through our custom outdoor living design process.

Our Process:

1. Complete this form and schedule your virtual consultation with our head designer.

2. During that meeting, we’ll discuss your goals, style, and investment range, and provide an initial design quote.

3. Once the design work is approved and paid, we can begin the Site Planning phase. We will assess the property and conduct any necessary surveying.

4. You’ll receive your first design draft + proposal during a follow-up virtual meeting.

5. After revisions and approval, A deposit will be due and your project will be scheduled.

Please understand that most design/build projects will require a minimum of 2 months planning before the work can begin. This can range widely depending on the size and complexity, required permitting, approvals, and engineering.

Note: Some projects will require structural engineering. This can add some additional planning and costs to the process. We can determine things like this in the virtual consultation.
