Projects like: 

  • Paver cleaning and sealing 

  • Fences under 7’ tall 

  • Minor landscaping 

  • Decks under 200sf and no more

    than 30” off the ground

Tier 2

A project requiring planning and conceptual design work

Projects Like: 

  • Complete landscaping makeover with trees, flowers, plants, etc.

  • Construction projects like decks, pergolas, pavilions, etc.

  • A small driveway

  • Simple patio 

Tier two

Tier 3

Involves in depth planning, permitting, engineering and design work

Projects like: 

  • New pool and outdoor living space 

  • Large patios and driveways 

  • Attached structures or large accessory structures 

  • Outdoor living spaces
